Aura8848 ("we", "us") runs the website aura8848.com, an online shop for original print-on-demand designs (t-shirts, mugs and similar products), and the social media accounts of the Aura8848 brand. This policy explains what personal information we handle and why.
1. Who we are
Aura8848 is operated by an independent creator based in Nepal. Contact: [email protected].
2. Information we collect
- Orders: checkout, payment, order fulfilment and shipping are handled by our commerce partner Fourthwall (fourthwall.com). When you buy, Fourthwall collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive only what we need to support your order (for example your name, email, items and shipping country). We never see or store your full card details.
- Browsing: our website keeps a shopping cart in your browser and may record basic, aggregated usage statistics (pages viewed, approximate country, device type) to improve the shop.
- Contact: if you email us, we keep your message and email address to reply.
3. How we use information
- To process and deliver orders and handle returns and support requests.
- To improve our designs, website and product range.
- To send marketing emails only if you opted in; every email has an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Social media and the Pinterest integration
We use the Pinterest API only to publish Pins of our own product designs to the Aura8848 Pinterest account and to read basic performance statistics of those Pins. Our integration does not access, collect or store any personal data of other Pinterest users. Access tokens are stored securely on our own systems and are used for no other purpose. The same applies to any other platform tools we use to publish our own content (for example YouTube).
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to run the shop: Fourthwall (checkout, payments, printing, shipping, customer support), their print and shipping partners, and our hosting and email providers. They may process data in other countries under appropriate safeguards.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage (for example to remember your cart). If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for consent where the law requires it.
7. Retention
We keep order-related information as long as needed for the order, returns and legal or tax obligations, and delete or anonymise it afterwards.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Children
Our shop is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
