The honest version: everything is made to order, so here is exactly what that means for you.
Made to order
Every tee and mug is printed after you order it. Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Busy seasons, such as the weeks before the end-of-year holidays, can take a little longer.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Orders are printed and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Fourthwall, and its print partners. Shipping time depends on your country and the shipping option you choose. You'll see the available options and the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
When your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking details.
Depending on your country, import duties or local taxes may apply when a parcel arrives. These are set by your country's customs, not by us.
Returns and replacements
Because each piece is made for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size guide below before you order.
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, we'll make it right with a replacement. Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the problem, as soon as you can after it arrives.
If a parcel looks lost in transit, email us with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier.
Tee size guide
Our tees are the Bella+Canvas 3001 Unisex Supersoft: a regular unisex fit. Measured flat. Width is straight across the chest 1" below the armhole; length is from the high point of the shoulder to the hem. Measurements can vary by up to 2" (5 cm).
