These terms cover your use of aura8848.com (the "site") and purchases of Aura8848 products. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

Aura8848 is an independent design label operated from Nepal. Contact: [email protected].

2. Orders and checkout

Checkout, payment, order fulfilment and shipping are provided by our commerce partner Fourthwall. When you place an order, you also agree to the terms and policies shown at checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product can't be made, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

3. Made-to-order products

Products are printed on demand after you order. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed product, and hand-finished printing means small variations in placement are normal. Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. See shipping & returns for replacements of misprinted, damaged or wrong items.

4. Our designs

All designs, text, images and branding on this site belong to Aura8848 unless noted otherwise. Buying a product gives you the product, not the right to reproduce the design. Please don't copy, resell or reprint our designs without written permission.

5. Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break it, scrape it at scale or use it for anything unlawful. We may update or remove products and content at any time.

6. Liability

We provide the site "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
